Monorail System

Completely designed and manufactured by Arco Enterprises, Inc. our Monorail System cannot be beat!

This system consists of a fully enclosed blasting booth with two separate monorail ends and a trolley system for hanging parts.This set up allows the blast cleaning, non-destructive examination and the exchange of diaphragms or other parts to be achieved without generating any lost time.

Our Monorail System is capable of hanging individual diaphragms up to 20 tons. The Monorail System is primarily used for units that use diaphragms instead of blade rings, however the Monorail System is very helpful for the blasting of smaller blade rings, valve parts, boiler and reactor feed pumps turbine parts and many other miscellaneous items.
